How the Team Works
Coordination
Each agent runs on its own port, managed by ClawControl. They communicate through structured messages, share context, and coordinate on complex tasks without conflicts.
Memory
Agents maintain persistent memory across sessions. They learn from past interactions, remember project context, and build on previous work without starting from scratch.
Autonomy
While André provides strategic direction, agents make their own tactical decisions. They plan work, execute tasks, and handle problems independently within their domains.
The Team Is Growing
As our projects grow in complexity, we'll add new specialists—designers, QA engineers, data analysts. The architecture supports it: each agent is a gateway on a port. Adding agent #20 takes 5 minutes.
